Training Bench

This sit-up bench is ideal for upper-body workout and comes with two 1.5Kg dumbbells for weight training and a pair of rubber cord resistance expander for muscle toning.

With the adjustable knee, leg and foot foam roller bars, it can be easily customized to suit individual body sizes. The height of incline can also be adjusted to set appropriate workout intensity.

The portable bench can be folded flat to reduce storage space. You can hide it inside a cabinet or behind the door when not in use.

Built with high-grade steel construction, the inclined sit-up bench has a maximum weight load of 110Kg to suit most exercisers. The benchtop and leg support bars are padded with thick foam for comfortable workouts and avoid getting any bruises whilst you exercise on the bench.
