COVID-19 - BUSINESS AS USUAL

We are continuing delivery of all orders. As we do this, we need to protect the health and well-being of all our team members and partners. Most of our partners including our customer service team are continuing operations by working from home. The warehouses are not open to the public.

Orders to/from Melbourne: We are working very closely with our courier partners to make sure deliveries are made on time during the pandemic. The warehouses in Melbourne are working at normal capacity at this stage. However, due to the current situation in Victoria and the impacts of COVD-19, some courier delays at this time are expected.

Australia Post and other partner couriers remains operational across Australia. Posties, delivery drivers and Post Offices will continue to operate.

However, there are a range of factors contributing to possible delays, which include fewer domestic flights, reduced staff (for orders from or to Melbourne) and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time.
